This delish drink was inspired by our Cinco de Mayo rehearsal dinner... lightly sweet, a tiny bit tart, and sitting pretty with a gorgeous pink/red hue, it's more refreshing than I thought tequila could be. It's the perfect summer signature cocktail!
Summer Fiesta
from this recipe on Chow
2 parts silver tequila
1 part agave nectar
3 to 4 parts fresh watermelon juice (I pureed in a blender, then strained)
1/2 - 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice; shake, then strain and serve either straight up in a martini glass or over ice. Garnish and serve!
