Today, we're driving past the sparkling waters of Central Florida's west coast. K&K Photography sent us the perfect beach wedding to share with you all!
No doubt, Casey and Andrew chose Treasure Island for their beachside nuptials because of the glistening aqua waves and grey-green sea grass. I'm sure the cool water felt great on the couples toes during their first look.
The emotions of the day caught up with Andrew as he anticipates seeing his bride for the first time.
Guests faced the water while the bride and groom exchanged heartfelt vows and rings. White benches provided unique seating and a simple bamboo arch allowed the ocean to shine through, no flowers necessary.
After a private walk on the beach, the couple explored the grounds at the Sunset Beach House. I'm totally diggin' all the kitschy, driftwood beach signs! I think some of them would be great additions to the bride and groom's home.
Doesn't it look like Andrew is serenading his bride? They look so in love and happy!
On a warm May afternoon in Florida, nothing beats a canoe full of ice-cold beer, ahhh! This eco-friendly couple gave each guest a custom wedding glass and encouraged them to reuse and refill it throughout the night. They even chose their dinner menu based on their favorite cities and served the grub with biodegradable bamboo cutlery. Similar utensils and serving pieces can be found at your local party supply store.
The party amped up with live music and a casual atmosphere. I'm pretty sure the Matt Winter Band played some beautiful and soulful music that kept guests dancing well after the sunset.
And it looks like one of the guests' agreed with my thought and gave the newlyweds one of those kitschy signs. Good advice, I might add!
Congratulations to Casey and Andrew! We want to wish you a lifetime full of romantic walks on the beach and warm embraces.
Will you be incorporating any green or eco-friendly elements into your wedding day plans? This happens to be my specialty, so I'm eager to hear your ideas!
