Friday Fresh Squeeze

Happy Friday lovely Floridian Weddings readers! Laura and Desiree have been in the Keys this week putting together a fantastic inspirational shoot at the beautiful Cheeca Lodge, and from seeing a few of their photos, a little time spent under the palm trees and with their feet on the sand was a wonderful reminder to them of just why getting married in Florida is such an amazing place. Sun, palm trees, sand, beaches, the salt air, all of these provide such a beautiful setting to a wedding weekend. I am sure that this little get away is going to be a little refresher to providing you with some beautiful inspiration and ideas. For now, it is Friday and I am in Fort Lauderdale, looking forward to the weekend, sitting back and enjoying the links from the week. WHAT WE'RE LOVING THIS WEEK

When we saw this idea from one of our South Florida photographers, Erika, we fell in love. The couple placed a bottle of wine that they loved and letters that they wrote to one another in the box and nailed it shut during the ceremony. In ten years the couple will open the box on their anniversary and toast to one another and read the letters and remember their vows and the wedding day. What a sweet thought!

WOW, Kat captured this wedding dancing the night away and it was amazing.

This backyard wedding with a large movie screen, the groom playing the guitar and fabric streamers strung from above has my heart beating over how adorable it is.

These geometric paper lanterns would look AMAZING at a wedding and they are pretty easy to make!

I like the idea of the no cameras during your ceremony. These cards are a nice and sweet way to tell you guests, please refrain from taking photos, we hired a professional photographer to do that job!

This wedding in Naples is beautiful! I am loving their mirror used for the escort card table.
